Frequently Asked Questions

How can i pay?

Our preferred method of payment is cash. You will be notified when the repairs are complete and payment is to be paid upon collection of your machine. We will issue you with an invoice detailing the work completed also at the time of collection.

You are also able to pay by cheques made payable to "Aberfoyle Park PC Repairs" However , you may only come and collect your computer after the funds have cleared (which is generally between 3-5 business days)

 What if you are unable to fix my problem?

If we cannot fix the problem then we will tell you so either on the phone or arrange a time for you to collect the computer if you have already dropped it off.

We will not charge you to LOOK at your computer , you only pay if work is carried out and the problem is resolved!!

 How quickly can I expect my computer back?

We try our hardest to fix your computer as soon as possible. General turnaround times are between 24 and 72 hours after dropping it off to us. Some repairs which require special parts to be ordered in such as laptop screen replacements generally take 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri).
