One morning my computer wouldn't boot for me and all of my clients information was on it. It was so stressful as it was for my Events Management Business. Mark retrieved all the information and sourced a new computer to my needs, reloaded everything and it was up ready to go again that night! Excellent service.

We installed a new printer on our office network a couple of months ago. Since then we have been experiencing intermittent network crashes. We have had several companies come to look at our problem but the problem has still persisted. I recently contact Mark for help and he did an amazing job. He arrived on site promptly and quickly diagnosed our problem. He was able to implement a fix on the spot and now our network is stable and has not crashed in over a weeks.
Mark acted in an extremely professional manner and was exceptionally patient with our lack of technical knowledge. I highly recommend Mark and will be using him in the future for any technical/computing problems that I have.

Mark did a fantastic job, got rid of a really nasty virus on our network and make sure it woudn't happen again - is perfect for our needs as a small business.
