Yes we have company insurance and we have a no-fix-no-fee policy. So if we can't provide a solution or recommendation on a solution we do not charge the customer.

We charge in flat hourly rate fee. You are always billed for he first hour in full, then every half hour after the first hour is billed. We do not charge call out fees.
