I'd been trying to get the internet working for weeks without success. I'd spent hours on the phone with "technical support" and not got anywhere. In desperation I called Computer Troubleshooters Casey. Mark (their tech) came out the next day, fixed the problem in half and hour, and was gone. I could believe it; I'd been pulling my hair out for over a week, then Computer Troubleshooters fixed the problem in no time for less than $100. What was I thinking? Why didn't I call Computer Troubelshooters in the first place? It would have saved me time & money. Mark even called me a few days after to make sure everything was still working ok. Fantastic service - I'm a customer for life!
