My home computer suffered a breakdown recently when the power surged erratically and went out. Our computer could not get thru start up and it seems all data was lost including family photos and my daughters 2 years of uni work. And..............................no we did not backup!! I phoned your company from the Yellow Pages and from there a technician by the name of David Jefferies was booked to come and see us. He could not fix it on site and took it home to his work bench. By now my wife was hysterical at the thought of loosing family photos and my daughter ready to quit uni. David rang me that night to say he had been able to retrieve all our data and fix the computer......................all was well. When he returned the computer I had arranged to have him supply hardware and install WiFi and an internet security system. I had around 4 conversations with your office, two visits from David and additional discussions. The point I am leading up to is that the high level of customers service I have received not only from the office and your letter but David is very rare these days. I can't speak highly enough of the way we were dealt with from start to finish. David Jeffries is himself proud to be associated with your company and this certainly flows thru to the customer. His customer service skills are of the highest standard as is he technical knowledge. He is very personable and not only fixes the problem but offers advice as to how to ensure it does not happen again. We now have been educated to back up ( he has also supplied and installed an external hard drive with desktop icon) our system, ensure our security is up to date and we now enjoy WiFi internet thru the house. At his suggestion we have also installed a UPS which I did not know existed before David advised us. My work paid for this so I couldn't purchase from David unfortunately. Somehow you have managed to do what many others in business cannot and that is to install and encourage through all levels of your organisation excellent customer service and expert advice. I ve been telling everyone about Geekswa and how impressed I am and I will certainly use your company again.
