Dear Joran, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you very much for your prompt and excellent service while we were visiting Australia. As you know the disk drive on our Netbook crashed somewhere between Vancouver and Sydney. We spent two frustrating days contacting the manufacturer to try and get it fixed only to be told to take it back to Canada and get it fixed there. As we were visiting Australia and New Zealand for one month this was not acceptable. Luckily we located you in the Yellow Pages and you were able to obtain a new disk drive under warranty and do the installation of the disk and the new Operating System. Since that time we have been able to use our Netbook with no problems. Thank you again---you really saved our bacon.

The week before Xmas my home computer started to play up partly due to my neglect and partly due to an old operating system. I started to panic and happened to find a card for JCR computers in one of my drawers. I was very impressed with the service Joran provided. He came over within the hour and provided me with advice and a quotation for upgrading my operating system and servicing my old computer. Within two days I had my computer back fully restored and Joran kept me well informed of any extras that were necessary and consulted me on any extra steps that he had to take. Joran proved to be prompt, personable, knowledgeable and efficient and I will certainly look to him should I need further help in the future.

I can highly recommend the services provided by Joran and the team at JCR Computers. Joran was quick to collect our PC that had stopped working, and ensured that at all times we were fully aware of the status of the repair. As a home and work computer, Joran was aware of the necessity to have the PC back as soon as possible, and he delivered on all his promises. The machine was back and fully operational within 48hrs, and Joran took the time to ensure that we fully understood all work completed and the changes he had made to the PC’s configuration. It is great to know that we now have a person to call should we ever require home PC support in the future.
