We operate a small manufacturing business and have always had problems with our computer set-up. A relative was doing the work for us but it was never quite right. I finally called in Jim's and we were sorted in a couple of days for a fraction of what I thought this kind of service cost.

My two sons are at secondary school and need to have internet access for their school work as well as the music downloads etc. The system seemed to be very slow and no matter how long I/they spent on the phone with our telecom supplier I could not resolve the problem. I called Jim's and someone was here within the hour and two hours later it was fixed. I wish I had called earlier.

I wanted to pass on my thanks to the Jim's Computer guys for helping us so promptly with our recent problems. The fire next door and the damage to our system that resulted had us wondering if we were going to be able to recover any of the orders that we had pending. Within a couple of hours they had recovered everything, allowing us to get on with business. They have since completed the reinstallation of our systems and we are back to better than normal.
