I was completely and utterly impressed with the assistance Ben and your company provided. I can't believe that I waited so long to contact you. The last company I used had the same in-house rate, but I opted at that time to bring my system in to the shop, which was nearby. To compare your company with theirs would almost be an insult to you. The result I got from them was a cheap patch job at best. After Ben finished working with me for two hours, my wife and I feel like we did when we first pulled our PC out of the box.
