Help, my computer won't turn onFirstly check to see if your mains power is currently on and plugged into your computer. Check other devices are currently powered and operating.
Secondly, isolate your computer power directly from the wall port to the computer. At times, powerboards can interupt the standard operations of computer equipment. If this occures, replace the powerboard.
Thirdly, give us a call on 1300 822 389, and advise us of your computer problem and we will gladly provide you with over the phone advice. If the problem isnt resolved, we will arrange a time for our support engineer to visit you onsite to determine the cause and provide a solution to your computer problem.
My hard drive has stopped responding
This can be from numerous causes. Loss of power, virus infection, hard drive failure through to the mainboard has stopped functioning.
Please turn off the machine, if not already, by pressing and holding the power button down for 5 seconds, as the machine powers off.
Hard drive data is susceptible to data loss and or corruption if the machine remains powered. The hard drive will require further professional assistance to determine your computer problem in more detail.

My computer is running slowThere are a few factors to consider with a slow computer,
Age of the computer, last time it was serviced, power loss in last 7 days, virus infection, part failures and software updates.
A slow computer can be frustrating and at times sudden. To determine the cause of your computer problem, we recommend you call us on 1300 822 389 and request a service and tune up to your computer.
I need to get the internet at home, what do i needFirstly, you need to choose if you want pre-paid, or paid subscription usually on monthly installments paid to a internet service provider or your telco provider over a contract period.
Secondly, you need an active phone line for ADSL, if not contact Telstra or optus to handle your request.
Thirdly, you require a modem, ADSL2+ is for phone line internet plans. Cable & wireless plans requires a dedicated modem from your telco provide. Telstra or Optus can provide you with the hardware upon choosing your plan that suits your needs.
