Illawarra Mercury

Tuesday June 5, 2007

KEIRA PC or Keira Software Pty Ltd is a general computing service for home and small business.

Owner Keith Somerville has been running the business for the past eight years.

The business specialises in general repairs, upgrades of all computer makes and models (except Macintosh), home networking, wireless networking, new systems and installation.

They also attend to virus problems and set up an internet service for customers.

Keira PC targets the small business and domestic market, with no job too small.

Keith has been in the computer industry for over 20 years, so he is able to offer excellent advice and service.

"The commitment to service, the attention to detail and the fact that I am happy to do call outs is what sets this company apart from many other computer businesses," Keith said.

Keith is in contact with wholesalers so he can get just about any part that is available on the market.

Parts are usually readily available as they are locally serviced machines.

"I offer free quotes for customers," Keith said. "I have no call out fee as such so if people aren't happy with their free estimate then they don't have to proceed.

"The charge is per half hour and most jobs take about an hour to install."

Keira PC offers competitive rates and also special discounts for pensioners.

Keith finds that there are many pensioners that have computers and while some of them are computer literate, there are some who require extra help.

A repair is attended to as quickly as possible so a customer usually gets their computer back the next day.

Keith knows that companies depend on their computers while many owners can't do without their computers either.

An experienced and qualified contractor is available for urgent installations as well.

There is a pick up and delivery service but computers can be dropped off as well at the address in Figtree.
