Rob from Smiley IT helped me out with a frustrating little software problem that required him to do two follow ups, he was always very helpfull, on time and nothing was to much trouble. Very happy to recommend Smiley IT to all the grey nomads. Adrian Mayers

My computer stopped working and I thought I lost all my pictures and documents. I had tried to fix it myself and had been told by other places around town that it would be 3 weeks before they could look at it. They also quoted $200 to try recover my files. A friend passed on the Business card of Smiley IT, I had never heard of them. However using there website I logged a request for help, within 20minutes they replied and picked up my computer the same day. They replaced my hard drive, recovered my files and setup the computer so all i needed to do was plug it in. All for $250, thats pretty fair if you ask me.

Hi, I had been arguing with Telstra for hours, trying to get my internet to work. Day after day, modem after modem they insisted there was nothing wrong. I didn't know much about computers, so I gave Smiley a call. Reccomended by a friend. Rob came and resolved the problem withing 30 minutes. Quick and effieient. Not always, we can retreive the data for you. On the rare occasion we may need to send it to a specialist.

We will be honest and tell you. Remember we dont charge for a call out and if we don't fix your computer. We can offer to find you another computer within your budget.
