Yes, we are fully insured and yes, we provide a 30 day guarantee on work - if you are not happy bring it back and we'll look at it free of charge. This does NOT apply if someone else has been fiddling with the computer - changing settings etc...

#1 stop using the computer and don't try anything yourself. #2 Don't go on YouTube or Google looking for an answer - If you make the problem worse it could cost more to fix it #3 don't get a *friend* who is *good with computers* to take a look - it can make the issue worse.

We do offer a pensioner discount, but we are happy to offer One Flare customers a 10% discount on Virus Removal - it is one of the most common computer issues.

We see what our competitors charge and choose what we consider a fair price for the services we provide. We don't believe in over-charging, if we need work done we want to pay a fair price so that is what we charge

we charge by the hour or in 4 hour or 8 hour blocks if a job takes 4 hours the rate is lower than $ X the hourly rate. We charge a flat fee for virus removal and laptop screen replacement - which includes the cost of the screen

We only deal with computers. We specialise in all things computer - data recovery, virus removal, repairs, upgrades and training - helping people learn to use software on their computer or tables, how to us Facebook, pintrest and more
