Surely you can. We can also advise you on what software or hardware is best for your need.

 My internet is not working, can you fix it remotely.

Unfortunately, to be able to do remote support, you are required to have internet connection. So without internet connection, we cannot help you.

However, a technician can come onsite to troubleshoot your internet problem

 What is your cancellation fee?

We do not have any cancellation fee if you call us at least 4 hours before your schedule appointment.
